We’re excited to share EQUA Mead Learning Trust’s new Strategic Plan, a vision for the next three years that sets out our commitment to educational excellence across our Trust. Focused on collaboration, raising standards, innovation, inclusion and ensuring every child has the best chance to succeed, our plan outlines how we’ll support children and young people aged 2 to 19 in an inclusive, high-performing environment.

EQUA Mead is backed by a robust Trust Board, which provides the effective support and challenge necessary to establish strategic partnerships, essential for improving quality, sharing best practice, and ensuring operational efficiency of the Trust. We pride ourselves on being a cost-effective organisation, employing a business model that delivers efficient oversight and economies of scale to ensure we maximise the money directly supporting the education of our children and young people. We value the power of collaborative working, actively seeking to share and adopt best practice with other organisations. This approach ensures that all our children and young people receive a high-quality and inclusive education, that develops them personally and socially, whilst enabling them to achieve good outcomes and reach their full potential.
