Inclusion /SENCO Lead Meeting
This term we held the 2nd of our Inclusion /SENCO Lead Meetings. It was wonderful to see colleagues sharing great practice and learning– it was a privilege to see the commitment to supporting each other.
The agenda allowed for discussion on a range of topics including:
- Effective practice within different tiers of SEND support from inclusive classrooms (OPAL) to bespoke, personalised provision
- Identification and quality use of Alternative Provision to promote inclusion
- Our SEND and Inclusion medium term action plan
- Ofsted updates
- Our Disadvantaged Learner Strategy
The group will meet again term 3.
