School Centred Initial Teacher Training

EQUA Mead Futures is proud to be a Lead Partner with Teach First delivering School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) where you will gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE. Teach First have been training teachers for 20 years and are the largest initial teacher training provider in the country. Teach First’s initial teacher training is rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.

Today we filmed a short video to raise the profile of this opportunity, reaching out to engage the next generation of teachers.

We are partnering with Be Ready to deliver this exciting apprenticeship for all Teaching Assistants.

This programme comes highly recommended with content written in partnership with the NASENCO team along with a number of cross phase and specialist trusts.

Suitable for both primary and secondary 4-18, coverage includes universal SEND inclusion along with strategy supporting higher needs.  It is designed to enhance the knowledge and confidence of all TAs, not just those working directly with SEND pupils.
