Collaborative Headteacher Meeting

We were delighted by the success of our recent meeting with all 18 Headteachers from across our Trust schools. Headteachers gathered for an enriching afternoon of presentations and collaboration with Trust CEO, Paul Skipp. The event, held on 9 July, aimed to foster stronger relationships and a deeper understanding of each school’s unique achievements and challenges.

Each Headteacher delivered a presentation highlighting their school's key accomplishments and future goals. The event was a platform for sharing best practice, discussing common challenges, and exploring collaborative opportunities to enhance the educational experience for all children and young people within the Trust.

Paul Skipp said "Bringing together all of our Headteachers is always an invaluable experience. We have a dedicated and passionate team leading our schools and this event has strengthened our collective vision for providing an exceptional education to every child and young person in our care."

Building on the success of this meeting, we will be holding regular meetings and collaborative projects to sustain the momentum of shared learning and development. By leveraging the collective expertise within the Trust, we aim to continue raising the bar for educational excellence and student achievement, all of which is underpinned by the Trust's School Improvement Framework.
